STAGE 1 DISCOVERY BUILDS

Our Stage 1 Discovery builds are a solid entry point into Land Rover restoration. Based in Raleigh, NC, these builds focus on structural integrity, mechanical reliability, and essential upgrades, perfect for those who want a dependable Discovery with subtle overland capability.

Structural
  • Rust remediation (floor pans, chassis, rear pan, arches, etc)
  • Top end engine rebuild (valve cover gasket, head gaskets, etc)
  • New OEM radiator (HD brass available)
  • New water pump
  • 180 degree inline thermostat
  • Timing belt kit (Diesels only)
  • Oil cooler line replacement (upgraded where needed)
  • U-joint/driveshaft service
  • Terra Firma Medium Duty 2″ coils w/ shocks
  • Terra Firma steering stabalizer
  • Terra Firma galvanized front shock towers
  • Transmission service w/ filter
  • All fluids replaced throughout
  • Full brake inspection and replaced as needed
  • Paint refurb and correction
  • Front HD steel bumper
  • Rear HD steel bumper
  • Powder coated alloys or Terra Firma steel wheels
  • AT tires
  • Headlight, tail light and side marker light replacement/refurb
  • Window seals replaced (as needed)
  • Complete cosmetic refurbishment of leather seating

  • Scan gauge (for accurate engine diagnostics and monitoring)
  • CDL (center differential lock upgrade on D2’s)

Stage 2 builds are a complete Land Rover restoration and upgrade package, designed for those who want a fully refreshed and capable vehicle. From drivetrain upgrades to interior and exterior refinements, these builds are ready for long-distance overland travel and demanding conditions.
