Coffee is crafted to be enjoyed — so we’re unable to accept returns on opened products.

If something isn’t right, we’ll take care of it.

• Damaged or incorrect orders: Contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo
• Unopened items: Eligible for return within 14 days (must be unused and in original condition)
